General Info - All gift baskets are professionally packed and shipped by post, courier or hand-delivered by one of our in-house drivers.

Because every basket order is different, the cost of shipping varies greatly. It is calculated based on the weight, size, and destination. Your shipping charge will be sent via email with your order confirmation notice. 1 - 3 day express service is also available for an additional cost (please call the office for rates: 604.646.2758).

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, however more time is required during the holiday season and for custom creations.

Multiple shipments going to the same location will receive a reduced bulk rate on shipping/delivery where applicable.

Local Delivery
Local Deliveries are usually within 24hours of the received order Monday to Friday. Our in-house drivers do most of our local deliveries. However we also use a few reputable courier services.

Shipping (International and Domestic)
NEXT DAY: Next business day - quickest turnover yet most costly (this option is the next business day after gift is prepared usually 12-24 hours from order receipt and will only be shipped this way with the client's verbal or written permission).
EXPRESS: 3-4 business days - most moderately priced.
STANDARD: 7-10 business days - most economically priced.

Shipping to the United States
We are an approved member of the U.S Food and Drug Administration. If you would like to send a basket to the United States, rest assured your gift will arrive without any delay.

Shipping options are designed to ensure that your product arrives at the peak of freshness without losing the integrity of the design. Shipping options internationally are determined by delivery area. Therefore, total shipping charges are estimated until the package is picked up by UPS or Fed/Exp. Perishables:
Please note that all perishable items i.e. fruit baskets are only delivered LOCALLY to ensure your product arrives in superb condition.

Gift Turnover and Shipping Times
Local Deliveries are usually delivered within 24hours of the received order Monday to Friday. Our in-house drivers do most of our local deliveries, however we also use a few reputable courier services. In-stock items ordered before noon PST may be shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, item availability, custom ordering or other circumstances. In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box. However if you have an gift emergency (Oh NO it's my mom's birthday TODAY!!) please call the office directly to discuss your specific request and immediate needs. Orders placed Friday after 3:30pm PST, will be delivered Monday or Tuesday the following week, unless discussed personally with a customer service representative to arrange a weekend delivery at a nominal additional cost. If you would like a specific date in the future i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, etc... but place your gift selections now, you can easily do this in our checkout process.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to-address and are based on the total cost of your gift & weight. All gifts in your order will incur shipping charges and you will be notified of that cost by email following the receipt of your placed order.

Sales Tax
Provincial Sales Tax (7%) in BC only for non-edible gift baskets, parcels and gift items.
Goods & Services Tax (7%) is applicable on ALL gift baskets & parcels.

Gifts with Alcohol
The BC Liquor Control Act outlines that delivery services such as Personalized Creations are able to ship Alcohol and Spirits i.e. Beer, Wine and Liqueur included in a gift presentation within the province of British Columbia to recipients over the age of 19. All alcohol is purchased once the order is received at a licensed Liquor Store and therefore not stored on premises. The liquor board prices are billed to the client including a nominal “pick up” fee.
